Return Policy

  • We do not issue refunds. Items can be exchanged or a store credit can be applied. 
  • Returned items must be sent in unworn, unwashed, and still in new condition. 
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date, are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. All items must be returned within the 7 day time frame.
  • A receipt is needed for any return or exchange and will only be processed within a 3 business day time frame. We will not start to process a return or exchange until the original item is received back to our facility.   
  • Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Final sale items include but are not limited to; clearance sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, facial coverings, intimates, and home goods. 
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
